Although you may not normally think of using tassels as napkin rings, they make a beautiful statement on any dining table.
Tools and Materials
Fabri-tac glue
Scissors
Ribbon
Tassel
Tassel Napkin Ring How-To
1. Apply fabri-tac to top of tassel; let dry.
2. Cut a 10-inch length of ribbon. Tie the ribbon around napkin and, as you tie, slip tassel loop through the knot. Trim edges.

The tassel used in this craft is from the Tinsel Trading Company, Martha's Secret Source for design. Fabri-tac glue may be purchased from Beacon Adhesives.
