Resources
Tools, glue, and glitter are by Martha Stewart Create for Walmart. Use our store locator to find a retailer near you.

Or you could use a *cheat* method and buy the chipboard/heavy cardstock already glittered.
Does anyone know where to get the satin ribbon? They don't seem to carry that kind of ribbon in the craft stores.
I've actually never heard of chipboard. I am making those buckles now, and I used a gift box. They DID roll up a little bit, But I think they will lie down after I get them on the box.
Here is a site that you can check out: http://www.archivalmethods.com
Where do you get the chipboard page like the one Martha used on the show demonstrating how to make the buckes?
Where do you get red boxes like that?
Hold heart with the top towards your body and thread ribbon from left to right through both openings, crossing the middle section of the heart, and then thread ribbon from right to left through both openings. Slip ribbon over gift box and pull both ends of ribbon to tighten to fit gift box. Trim ends of ribbon as you wish. Hope this helps
She went up from the bottom and down through-- Then did the same thing on the other side so when you pull each tail it tightens. Don't forget the "bird beak" :0) I'm making these for teachers!
How was that ribbon threaded through the buckle?
