Chef Emeril Lagasse is everywhere -- on the radio, on your bookshelf, and now on Cooking Channel five days a week as the host of The Originals, Fresh Food Fast and Emeril Live.

In his latest series, Chef Emeril Lagasse hits the road to pay tribute to “The Originals” — iconic food establishments that have helped shape the country's culinary landscape. Watch “The Originals with Emeril” Thursdays at 10:30 p.m. ET on Cooking Channel.

Emeril also stars in "Fresh Food Fast," a new series about choosing and using fresh, local produce. The show chronicles Emeril's search for top-quality ingredients and features quick cooking demos from the "Bam!" man himself. It airs Wednesdays at 8:30 p.m. ET and Saturdays at 4:30 p.m. ET.
