Introduction

Iron our vintage shell designs onto your light-colored linens; we've provided an entire beach pail's worth of shells -- from a striped pink bubble shell to a spiraling zebra auger -- for you to choose from.

Materials

Steps

  1. Step 1

Download and print the templates onto heat-transfer paper, available at office-supply stores.

  2. Step 2

Cut out an image, leaving a 1/16-inch border. On a hard, smooth heat-safe surface protected by a pillowcase, iron the shell transfer, right side down, on a napkin, following paper manufacturer's instructions. Turn the napkin over while still warm, and rub your thumb over the back of the pattern to loosen.

  3. Step 3

Let cool, and peel off paper's backing. Seashells will appear as mirror images. Wash napkins according to paper manufacturer's instructions.
