Shopping List: Chicken Posole

Print out a list of all the ingredients you'll need for this recipe.

For the soup:
-- 1 tablespoon olive oil
-- 2 medium onions
-- 8 garlic cloves
-- 1/3 cup tomato paste
-- 3 tablespoons chili powder
-- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
-- 4 cans (14.5 ounces each) reduced-sodium chicken broth
-- 4 cans (15 ounces each) white hominy, drained
-- 6 3/4 cups shredded cooked chicken or turkey meat (2 pounds)
-- Coarse salt and freshly ground pepper

Optional garnishes:
-- Avocado
-- Radishes
-- Tortilla chips
