Mother's Day Flower Arrangement

For a unique Mother's Day flower arrangement, consider ordering our Mother's Day Tulips in a Jelly Bean Vase. The arrangement includes two nesting glass vases, forty tulips in yellow, white, pink, and orange, and a blend of jelly beans (you can also re-create the same effect at home with the right materials).

Upon receiving the tulips, cut the stems on an angle and place them in cool water in a cool dark place. Add one teaspoon of sugar for food (don't use floral food, as the blooms won't last as long). Center the smaller vase inside the larger one. Roll a piece of paper into a funnel, and carefully pour the jelly beans into the space between the two vases. Fill the smaller vase halfway with a solution of one gallon water, one teaspoon sugar, and a few drops of bleach; be careful not to get the jelly beans wet.

Remove all the foliage from the tulips, and keeping the blooms even, gather the stems into your hand and fasten them with a rubber band. Cut the stems to a length of five to six inches long, and carefully insert them into the smaller vase. Check the water level daily, adding more as needed.

That is sooo clever! But keep the kiddies away from the vase, lol!
