Vacation Pet Tag

Martha Stewart Living

If you take your pet on vacation this summer, add a tag like this one to her collar. That way, if she strays, people will be able to reach you.

Print your contact information on card stock. Using a 2-inch circular craft punch or scissors, cut out card stock and 2 pieces of clear self-adhesive shelf liner. Sandwich paper between pieces of liner. Punch a hole for a key ring to attach to a collar.

I love the idea. Simple, easy and cute. I already made 5 tags for all our pets. The changes that I made were: 1. Circle of 1" instead of 2", since 2" was too big for our pets. 2. Instead of card paper, I used a photo paper, the same one used to print photos from your own printer, that has the size of 8x11. I printed multi circles part of them with full names and details and the rest of the page with only basic information and space where the name is for future pet
