Workspace Organization

Clutter has a habit of growing to take up all available space, but you can control it. Start with your stacks of paperwork. As you go through the piles, pull out all the items that you absolutely need, and discard or recycle the rest. Then separate what remains into categories such as active business issues and reference, and file these things accordingly. All that you should see on a desk are the things that you use on a daily basis. The items that you use only occasionally should be removed and placed in a desk drawer within easy reach.
