Take a tour of New York's Metropolitan Museum of Art with Gael and curator Andrew Bolton. The two examine one of the latest exhibits there, which brings to light the influence of Paul Poiret, the self-proclaimed "King of Fashion." Poiret helped free women from corsets and emphasized structural, geometric lines in his clothes, but also effected many modern arts movements, including Cubism, Classicism, and Primitivism. Andrew talks about the 50 ensembles on view, as well as the illustrations, furniture, and examples of decorative arts that illuminate Poiret's artistic vision.
