Martha explored various kinds of yoga at Karma Yoga studio in New York City, including Vinyasa yoga with Hylton Jaggard. As Hylton explains, Vinyasa is a flowing sequence of specific postures, in which breathing is used to lengthen movements. In fact, before a movement is performed, he stresses, the mind must know exactly where the breath is so that movement and breath are perfectly timed.
