Mixed Vegetable Salad
This crunchy, healthy snack is easy to make using a mandoline.
- 4 ribs celery
- 4 carrots, peeled
- 4 radishes, cleaned and trimmed
- Vinaigrette, as needed
Thinly slice vegetables crosswise using a mandoline. Place in a large bowl and toss with vinaigrette. Serve at room temperature.
