Black Bean and Cherry Tomato Salsa

Use this salsa to make mouthwatering Nachos Supremo.

Black Bean and Cherry Tomato Salsa

  • 1 pint cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 (15.5-ounce) can black beans, rinsed and drained
  • 1/2 cup packed cilantro, coarsely chopped
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • Coarse salt and freshly ground pepper


  1. Place tomatoes, black beans, cilantro, and lime juice in a medium bowl; season with salt and pepper. Stir to combine.
