Whole Berry Cranberry Sauce

  • Yield: Makes 2 1/4 cups

Ingredients

  • 3 cups (12 ounces) cranberries
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup water

Directions

  1. Combine sugar and water in a medium saucepan. Stir to dissolve sugar. Bring to a boil. Add cranberries. Bring to a boil, reduce heat and boil gently 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.

  2. Remove from heat. Let cool before serving.
