Note that in the video Keller cut the chilled pave in half lengthwise bfore cutting it into 12 equal pieces. You will thus have 24 pieces.
I'm literally in the middle of making this dish for a belated Thanksgiving tomorrow, and on the video Keller says to bake it between 35 - 50 minutes. This recipe says over twice that-- I hr and 50 minutes. What is the proper cooking time?
Just made this for Thanksgiving. I'm a total novice but it was nuanced and really delicious! I would definitely recommend.
