Ingredients

  • 8 to 10 ripe plum tomatoes

Directions

  1. Step 1

    Puree tomatoes. Strain the liquid (approximately 10 ounces) through cheese cloth to render the tomato water. Reserve and refrigerate in an air-tight container.
