Yogurt Sauce

This yogurt sauce is used to make delicious Indian Spiced Lamb Wraps.

  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh, cilantro
  • 1 tablespoon freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon coarse salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground pepper


  1. Place all ingredients in a medium bowl; stir to combine. Keep refrigerated until ready to use.
