Window Frame How-To
1. Cut the 10-inch concrete form in half to make a semi circle. Prime it with "Vinz 1-2-3" shellac-based primer. Cut corners at 45-degree angles and support internally with two pieces of 1-by-3-inch lumber that are braced with an L-bracket and screwed onto the inside of the concrete form.
2. Cover the concrete form with seeded eucalyptus laurel and dried bay leaves. Begin by removing seed pods from eucalyptus. Hot glue leaves in a scalloped, snakeskin pattern so they overlap a little side by side and halfway from one row to another.
3. Spray with hill green color floral spray paint. Spray with metallic Champagne silver spray paint. Spray with silver glitter spray paint. Once dry, crisscross with velvet ribbon; secure with hot glue. Rest on window ledge and secure around frame window with finishing nails.
