Feather-Printed Stationery How-To
1. Place a small feather face down on inkpad. Place a small piece of scrap paper over feather. Roll over the pad and feather with a brayer, gently pressing down, evenly inking the entire feather.
2. Carefully lift paper and pick up the feather by the calamus (shaft) with a pair of tweezers. Lay feather facedown on card. Cover with a clean piece of scrap paper, and roll with brayer to print, being careful not to move feather. Lift paper and carefully remover feather with tweezers.
3. Stamp words, name, or monogram underneath feather.
