Pumpkin-Pie Spice

Why use store-bought when it's so easy to make your own? This DIY blend of fall spices is perfect for our Pumpkin-Spice-Latte Cake.

  • 3 tablespoons ground cinnamon
  • 2 teaspoons ground ginger
  • 1 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • 1 teaspoon ground allspice
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cloves


  1. Mix spices together. Store in an airtight container out of direct sunlight at room temperature for up to 6 months.
