Yogurt Dipping Sauce for Spicy Sweet Potatoes with Lime

Serve this simple-to-make yogurt cooled and on the side.

  • Yield: Makes about 1 cup

  • 1 cup plain yogurt
  • 3 tablespoons roughly chopped fresh cilantro
  • 2 tablespoons chopped toasted walnuts
  • 1 tablespoon freshly squeezed lime juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
  • Coarse salt


  1. Combine all ingredients in a small bowl. Cover with plastic wrap, and refrigerate until ready to serve, up to 1 day.
