This cooling blender-drink version of classic White Sangria is a party favorite.
- Yield: Makes 2 drinks

- 1/2 peach, cut up, frozen
- 1/2 plum, cut up, frozen
- 3 strawberries, cut up, frozen
- 1 tablespoon frozen orange juice concentrate
- 3 tablespoons superfine sugar
- 1/2 cup dry white wine
- 1 ounce brandy or cognac
- 1 1/2 cups small ice cubes
Combine the ingredients in a blender, process until smooth, and serve.
