Cucumber-Dill Dressing

Service this dressing with our Blinis with Caviar.

  • Yield: Makes 6 cups

  • 2 cucumbers, seeded and cut into 1/4-inch dice
  • 2 cups mayonnaise
  • 2 cups sour cream
  • 1 small onion, finely diced
  • 1 large garlic clove, finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped fresh dill
  • 1 teaspoon freshly ground pepper
  • 1/2 cup white vinegar


  1. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl. Cover with plastic wrap, and place in refrigerator until dressing is well chilled.
