Salami and tangy oven-dried tomatoes are combined with mustard and basil on a whole-wheat roll.

- 8 whole-wheat rolls
- 8 teaspoons mustard
- 16 slices salami (about 1/4 pound)
- 1/2 cup fresh basil leaves
- 16 Oven-Dried Tomatoes
Slice whole-wheat rolls in half crosswise. Spread 1 teaspoon mustard on bottom half of each roll. Layer with 2 slices salami, 2 basil leaves, and 2 oven-dried tomatoes, and top with other half of roll.
