Carrot Apple Fennel Juice

Use tart apples such as Macoun, Fuji, or McIntosh for this recipe.

  • 1 red-skinned apple
  • 1 medium fennel bulb, trimmed
  • 2 carrots, scrubbed


  1. Cut apple, fennel, and carrots into large chunks. Pass through a juicer. Stir; serve.
