Glazed Walnut Halves

You can sprinkle these sweet, crunchy walnut halves on ice cream sundaes or use them to decorate pies like our Apple Rosemary Tart, but they're just as delicious on their own.

  • Yield: Decorates 1 tart

Ingredients

  • 8 walnut halves
  • 2 tablespoons honey

Directions

  1. Heat oven to 400 degrees. Line a baking pan with parchment. In a small bowl, toss together walnuts and honey. Place coated walnuts on pan; bake until glazed and shiny, 8 to 9 minutes. Transfer to a wire rack to cool. Store in airtight container, up to 2 days.
