Easy Polenta Fries

Pull these cornmeal treats out of the oven, and you have a satisfying snack.

  • 1/2-inch-thick polenta slices
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper
  • Marinara sauce


  1. Heat oven to 450 degrees. Toss polenta slices with olive oil and salt and pepper on a rimmed baking sheet.

  2. Roast, rotating tray once, until polenta is golden and crispy, 35 to 40 minutes.

  3. Serve with marinara sauce.
