Yogurt-Herb Spread

Add this cooling spread to sandwiches or serve it as a dip for crudite and crackers.

  • 1/2 cup 2% Greek yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh mint
  • 1 tablespoon parsley
  • 1 clove minced garlic
  • Salt and ground black pepper


  1. Mix yogurt, mint, parsley, and garlic in a bowl. Season with salt and pepper.
