Mashed Avocado

Serve this spread on sandwiches or with crackers, chips, or crudite.

  • 1/4 avocado
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil
  • Salt and ground black pepper
  • Lemon wedge juice


  1. Mash avocado with olive oil and lemon juice. Season with salt and pepper.
