- 2 slices prosciutto (torn into 4-inch pieces)
- Olive oil
Heat oven to about 400 degrees. Arrange 2 slices prosciutto in a single layer on a baking sheet. Brush with olive oil until crisp and deep golden brown, about 9 minutes, rotating halfway through.
