Chickpea Dip

Chunky and satisfying, this dip is great for a quick and light afternoon snack.

  • 1 cup cooked chickpeas
  • Salt and pepper
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 tablespoons fresh cilantro
  • Crackers for serving


  1. In a food processor, pulse together chickpeas with salt, pepper, and olive oil until roughly combined. Pulse in fresh cilantro and serve with crackers.
