Take the typical parfait on a trip to the tropics with the addition of fruits like kiwis, mangoes, and pineapples.

  • 1/2 cup fruit like kiwis, mangos, and pineapples cut into 1/2-inch cubes
  • 1/4 cup plain low-fat yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon toasted sliced almonds
