The Waldorf Salad, Revisited
You can make your own delicious dressing with low-fat buttermilk or lighten the richer salad-bar version by adding a dash of lemon juice or vinegar.

- 2 cups Bibb lettuce
- 1/2 apple, diced
- 2 tablespoons sliced celery
- 3 ounces grilled chicken breast, sliced
- 2 tablespoons toasted whole almonds, chopped
- 1 tablespoon Creamy Buttermilk Dressing
Combine all ingredients.
