Better Blue-Cheese Dip

This tasty dip is the perfect complement to our Buffalo Chicken.

Ingredients

  • 1 ounce blue cheese (crumbled)
  • 2/3 cup plain low-fat yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • Coarse salt and ground pepper

Directions

  1. In a small bowl, combine 1 ounce blue cheese (crumbled), 2/3 cup plain low-fat yogurt, and 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice. Season with coarse salt and ground pepper. Mix well with a fork, mashing cheese to combine.
