Cilantro-Cream Dipping Sauce
Serve this fresh-herb sauce alongside steamed vegetables.

- 1 1/2 cups mixed fresh cilantro leaves and stems
- 1/3 cup reduced-fat sour cream
- 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
- 1 teaspoon olive oil
- pinch of cayenne pepper
- coarse salt
In a food processor, puree cilantro, sour cream, lime juice, 1 tablespoon water, and olive oil. Season with a pinch of cayenne pepper, if desired, and coarse salt.
