Yogurt Parfait

Serve this snack in the afternoon for a healthy pick-me-up.

  • 1/2 cup plain low-fat yogurt
  • 3 tablespoons apple butter
  • 1/2 thinly sliced banana
  • Ground nutmeg or cinnamon, if desired.


  1. Spoon plain low-fat yogurt into a serving dish. Top with apple butter and thinly sliced banana.

  2. Sprinkle with ground nutmeg or cinnamon, if desired. Serve immediately.
