- 1/2 cup plain low-fat yogurt
- 3 tablespoons apple butter
- 1/2 thinly sliced banana
- Ground nutmeg or cinnamon, if desired.
Spoon plain low-fat yogurt into a serving dish. Top with apple butter and thinly sliced banana.
Sprinkle with ground nutmeg or cinnamon, if desired. Serve immediately.
