Quick Ginger Sauce
Use this quick ginger sauce for our Glazed Pork Tenderloin with Pineapple.

- 2 tablespoons dark hoisin sauce
- 2 tablespoons pineapple juice
- 2 teaspoons grated peeled ginger
- 1 teaspoon soy sauce
- ground pepper
In a small bowl stir together dark hoisin sauce and pineapple juice, grated peeled fresh ginger, and 1 teaspoon soy sauce with ground pepper.
