This makes a perfect dipping sauce for artichokes.

- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
- coarse salt and ground pepper
In a small bowl, stir together melted butter, dried thyme, and fresh lemon juice. Season with coarse salt and ground pepper.
