Lemon-Thyme Butter

This makes a perfect dipping sauce for artichokes.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup (1 stick) melted butter
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • coarse salt and ground pepper

Directions

  1. In a small bowl, stir together melted butter, dried thyme, and fresh lemon juice. Season with coarse salt and ground pepper.
