Spicy Lime Dipping Sauce

Serve this dipping sauce with our Coconut Almond Rice and grilled shrimp.

  • Yield: Makes 3/4 cup

  • 1/2 cup freshly squeezed lime juice
  • 2 tablespoons water
  • 2 teaspoons honey
  • 1/2 teaspoon coarse salt
  • 2 tablespoons thinly sliced scallion
  • 2 teaspoons thinly sliced serrano chile
  • 1 small garlic clove, minced


  1. In a small bowl, mix together all ingredients. Let stand at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to blend.
