Spicy Lime Dipping Sauce
Serve this dipping sauce with our Coconut Almond Rice and grilled shrimp.

- 1/2 cup freshly squeezed lime juice
- 2 tablespoons water
- 2 teaspoons honey
- 1/2 teaspoon coarse salt
- 2 tablespoons thinly sliced scallion
- 2 teaspoons thinly sliced serrano chile
- 1 small garlic clove, minced
In a small bowl, mix together all ingredients. Let stand at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to blend.
