Simple Roasted-Garlic Butter
Rub this flavorful butter on steak, fish, corn, and more.

- 10 Roasted Garlic Cloves
- 8 tablespoons (1 stick) unsalted butter, softened
Squeeze garlic cloves from their skins into a small bowl. Add the butter, and stir together until smooth.
