Champagne Vinaigrette for Melon Bowls

Use this recipe when making our Melon Bowls with Prosciutto and Watercress.

  • 1 tablespoon champagne vinegar
  • 1/4 teaspoon coarse salt
  • 3 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
  • Freshly ground pepper


  1. Stir together vinegar and salt in a medium bowl. Pour in oil in a slow, steady stream, whisking until emulsified. Season with pepper.
