Portofino Cocktail

This Campari-based cocktail makes a refreshing counterpart to a hearty meal.

  • 1 tablespoon Campari
  • 1/4 cup freshly squeezed red-grapefruit juice
  • 6 tablespoons tonic water
  • 1 red grapefruit slice, for garnish


  1. Fill a tumbler with ice. Shake Campari, grapefruit juice, and tonic in a cocktail shaker. Pour into tumbler, and garnish with the grapefruit slice.
