Sweet and Sour Dipping Sauce for Summer Rolls
Make this sauce to accompany our Vietnamese Summer Rolls.

- 1 teaspoon crushed red-pepper flakes
- 1/4 cup fresh lime juice (about 2 limes)
- 1 tablespoon minced garlic
- 3 tablespoons sugar
- 1/4 cup Asian fish sauce (such as nam pla)
Soak red-pepper flakes in lime juice 4 minutes. Add the garlic, sugar, and fish sauce; stir until sugar is dissolved.
