Yogurt with Apple and Almonds
Almonds add crunch and a touch of healthy fat to this quick and easy breakfast idea.

- 1 Granny Smith apple, coarsely grated
- 1 1/2 cups plain low-fat yogurt
- 1/4 cup raisins
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1/4 cup sliced almonds (toasted, if desired)
In a small mixing bowl, combine apple, yogurt, raisins, and honey; divide between 2 serving bowls. Sprinkle with almonds, and serve immediately.
