- 1/3 cup silken tofu (about 3 ounces)
- 1 cup frozen mixed berries
- 1/2 cup pomegranate juice
- 1 to 2 teaspoons honey
- 1/4 cup ice cubes
In a blender, combine tofu, berries, juice, honey, and ice cubes; puree until smooth. Serve immediately.
