Top this traditional German sausage -- usually made of veal, beef, or pork -- with our Quick Sauerkraut.

  • 4 bratwursts
  • 4 hot-dog buns, toasted
  • 1/2 cup Quick Sauerkraut, warmed
  • Brown mustard, for serving (optional)


  1. Cook bratwursts according to package instructions. Place bratwursts in buns; top with sauerkraut and, if desired, mustard.
