Halloween Salad

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon white-wine vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1/2 teaspoon sugar
  • Coarse salt and ground pepper

  • 1/3 cup raisins

Directions

  1. In a medium bowl, whisk together oil, vinegar, mustard, and sugar; season with salt and pepper. Add carrots and raisins, and toss to combine.
