BLT to Go

This crispy, flavorful sandwich is the perfect lunchbox treat -- and ready in just 15 minutes.

Ingredients

  • 3 slices bacon
  • 2 slices white sandwich bread, lightly toasted
  • 1 tablespoon light mayonnaise
  • 2 large leaves Bibb lettuce
  • 2 thick slices beefsteak tomato

Directions

  1. Heat a medium skillet over medium, and cook bacon, turning occasionally, until crisp, 5 to 8 minutes. Drain on a paper-towel-lined plate.

  3. Place lettuce and tomato in another resealable plastic bag; add them to sandwich just before eating.
