Lighter Ranch Dressing

  • 1 cup low-fat buttermilk
  • 1/2 cup light mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup reduced-fat sour cream
  • 1 teaspoon white-wine vinegar
  • 2 scallions, minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried dill
  • Coarse salt and ground pepper


  1. In a medium bowl, whisk together buttermilk, mayonnaise, sour cream, vinegar, scallions, and dill; season with salt and pepper. To store, refrigerate, covered, up to 3 days.
