Ham and Apple Sandwiches

The sharp, saltiness of the ham and Dijon mustard go nicely with the tart apple slices.

  • 4 Cheddar Biscuits
  • 4 teaspoons Dijon mustard
  • 8 ounces deli ham, thinly sliced
  • 1 tart green apple, thinly sliced


  1. Split 4 biscuits in half horizontally. Spread 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard on underside of each top half. Divide the sliced deli ham and sliced tart green apple evenly among bottom halves; replace top halves to form sandwiches.
