Curried Shrimp with Pineapple Salsa

  • 1 1/2 pounds medium shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 3/4 teaspoon curry powder
  • Salt
  • 4 teaspoons olive oil
  • Easy Pineapple Salsa


  1. Mix shrimp with curry powder and salt. In a large nonstick skillet, heat half the oil over medium-high. Cook half the shrimp until opaque, 4 to 6 minutes; remove. Repeat with remaining oil and shrimp. Toss with pineapple salsa; serve immediately.
